Food Challenge Tour?

I love to travel and I love to eat.... so what better way to get out there and see the world than to do a FOOD CHALLENGE TOUR?  This is just an idea, and obviously this would take some strategic planning and budgeting but it is something I want to do. 

The question is where would I go and what would I eat???
